For Valagro Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd. we are looking for a:



Reporting hierarchically to the Country Manager, he/she will assure the management of all the logistic needs of customers and suppliers in order to maximize the service level and monitoring the costs.

In particular the role is responsible for:

- managing the relationship with the customers, identifying and assessing customers’ needs and monitoring the entire order process;

- managing the relationship with the transportation suppliers and ensuring all related documents;

- assuring the correspondence between the physical and accounting inventory;

- collecting information from Sales in order to build up the demand plan.


Knowledge and experience :

- University degree or High school diploma;

- Minimum of three year experience of customer relations, sales and/or order processing experience in an -international environment;

- Fluent knowledge of English;

- Good knowledge of MSOffice and ERP

- SAP knowledge is a plus
