Technical & Sales Manager – Central and Northern California

For our Sales Dept. we are looking for:

 

Technical & Sales Manager – Central and Northern California

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

- He/She is responsible for sales results and for the territory management in the assigned area, according with strategies and priorities agreed;

- He/She is responsible for monitoring the respect of agreed price positioning;

- He/She is responsible for supporting technically relevant end-users and Trains the Distributor staff;

- He/She is responsible for organizing demo trials, field days, promotional activities and manages the local commercial initiatives.

 

Requirements:

- Agronomic Science Degree;

- Good experience as Salesman in Special Fertilizer/plant nutrition/ plant protection industry;

- Knowledge of the specific geographic territory to be covered;

- Available to live in the area assigned, ideal location in central California

- Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time

- Good knowledge of MSOffice.

Inter – functional and team working attitude;

Planning and organization skills.

 

Location: Central and Northern CALIFORNIA
